They do nothing to help customers. Their main focus is only to make more and more sales and troubles for their customers. I bought activa BS-VI, it was defective product, but they didn't tell me that it is defective, instead they charged me full amount during sale of that vehicle. They didn't even told me during 1st Service that it's having some problems. I would recommend everybody not to buy their vehicles as they are mostly defective ones. They just focus on sales to make their company a good turnover at the year end.

Everything is better except Vehicle Registration process. Co-operative dealings to purchase any Honda Two-wheelar. Payment Counter is so easy to pay without any delay. But Fee Payment for Vehicle Registration (RC) takes too much time. It's more than one and half hours (approx), Not possible early, but possible to delay.
