This heliport is present in the Indian Oil Corporation’s refinery complex itself. It serves a lot of purpose by catering to the needs of Helicopter Landings and take - offs while coming to the refinery. It is obviously owned by CISF, and being of national importance, this helipad is not available for regular operations. Only when Refinery officials are traveling, then the refinery gives permission to land.
