They are local partner for excitel internet, i spoke to exitecl sales team for the connection which was then forwarded to local partner (katiyar cable). When they contacted me they said we can provide service and asked for 3500 for installation which I paid cash but I never got the connection for 6 days after which I raised the complaint to excitel and got my money back after much discussion. Now when I raised another request for fresh connection, local service provider (katiyar cable) now claims that service is not available in my area Geeta Nagar 208025 just because I wont agree to pay extra money instead of just Rs.2000 as claimed by excitel broadband. Unfortunately excitel depends on local patterns, but this kind of bad service and loot of customers is only impacting excitel business.

Cheater and fraud, I have the call records of their customer service, they're so rude when you call them for any kind of complaints or any kind of issue, they are bloody illiterates they don't even know how to handle their customer and how to talk to them, they'll just hung up your phone whenever they'll feel like being trapped in the questions. Plz don't chose them

i applied for excital and when the local provider came and said u have to pay 2000 more for the fiber cable and then i called an excital executive ( on his personal no coz excital helpline no. doesnt work ) he said sir we provide 100 meters free fiber cable and if the cable is required more then that then u have to pay for it and i said its not written anywhere or anyone told me this and then he said ok ill confirm and call u and then i didnt call me back after 5 hours i called him and he said sorry sir i was worng u dont have to pay for the cable then the local provider called me and said i wont install it on your place i need money i wont do it for free then i again called the executive and he said sorry sir i cant force him we wont be able to intall it to your location and u know what the funny part is the point ( excital fiber point ) is just 150-200 meter away for me

Worst service..when I told for new connection.local operator said u got the connection in 2 days if u booked today then I give 2000rs for book my connection..after 1 week excitel customer service told me local operator not provided service in ur area..
