Worst service. They won't take any responsibility for their mistakes. Better choose other options even if it's little pricey rather than regretting.

Worst place ever! Had asked to print 2000 boxes for soap making. The whole thing was printed upside down. Desptite us going and explaining the technical details of the design , the man who attended did not even know Photoshop or coral draw. He had outsourced the work to someone else and gave us 2415 boxes all printed upside-down. And blamed us for not telling them properly. How wud we know about the die cast details ? Basic common sense of not printing upside-down would have been enough. They did not even show sample boxes. Jus a print out sheet of the designs alone was given from their end. And they charged so high for the whole thing. And now refusing to return our cash. Been following up for over a week now. Very laid back and irresponsible attitude. Huge set back for our business because of them. Inefficient staff.
