Shop owner behaviour is not good, he assume we would not buy the cycle hence not interested to show us. Even price which he quoted is higher end side. He is asking 5500 for this 24 inch cycle however other is selling in 4700.

Lack of professionalism They will charge you INR 550 as a service charge in that they will clean the frames with kerosene and will say 250 RS / litre kerosene cost is there and 300 RS labor, If you will ask for cleaning of the dirt in the rim & spoke they will say you can do this by your own at home we do internal job only. What internal in the cycle i get confused. They will lack in time ...always on phone...god knows who call ....they are also having bombay confectionary beside their actual business..of selling chakhnas...for the beer shop beside..... If you then also want to waste your money then its your choice. Give that money to some poor they will give blessings.
I seriously don't recommend.. I have been told that charges will be 350/- they will check each and everything and later on when post service they said they have two things for chain and gear.. Rest remains as is. Which means they have not even checked how is tube condition and all if expected to break and all... And after 3-4 days i realized it's puncture. If they would have assesed the current conditon of type during service they would hae preventive meausres... I seriously do not recommend this. My perspective when you are serviceint a bike of customer you do e2e view of prospective issues specific to tube which can be easily seen during service and..
I wanted a cycle that better fit my body and posture, very well guided professionally to pick a best suit for me.
The owner is well behaved. Service is fast and good.
