Pretty decent laundry service where the rate is not per piece of clothes but by per kg. Service is limited to washing and drying only. They are a tad negligent about the time they say they will deliver the clothes though

A. Why the hell you don't provide bill? B. Why is your staff so negligent about the time he has assured to deliver C. How can you randomly tell your customers about the weight of their clothes. Can't your staff carry some weighing tool?
