It's pathetic... They asked me to put an advance amount and they charged very high on drycleaning and while calling they are non responsive to adjustments . Even balance left was also not returned back.

PATHETIC SERVICE. Don’t even waste your time. I was being charged for no work done. They took 5 days to dry clean our curtains (even after a guaranteed 72 hours service maximum) where we had to call them up multiple times for them as they kept delaying giving different excuses. They returned them back to me all packed and labelled and as I opened them there was no dry cleaning of any sort on those curtains even after keeping them for so many days. It was full of dirt and oil stains. They had packed the curtains just the way we had handed it over to them and they were charging us for that and when asked for the same the owner was throwing attitude. HORRIBLE is the word. Bad behaviour and pathetic service isn’t professional in any way. Try some place else around, don’t waste your time and money here. You don’t know whether your stuff is actually getting cleaned or not.

Lowest rates, professional service and most importantly, incredibly honest staff. I've never had a single problem with my dry cleaning here for the past one year, Our clothes always come back folded perfectly and the dry cleaning is perfect. I appreciate that I can trust him to provide quality customer service.

Pathetic service.. I repeatedly asked if my whites will be washed separately and with care.. and they assured that they know how to do the job.. spoiled all my white clothes with marks on it and turned into altogether new color.. on top of that don't deliver on the given date.. until you have to chase them. It's so annoying

Horrible service. Dryclean and other clothes got missing. Despite numerous calls there is no response from the company. They have stopped picking up calls altogether. Over 5k worth of clothes gone. There service used to be good a few months back, however, now I am regretting using laundry village. Apart from this they refuse to refund the wallet amount. Around 4k gone there. We always feel that these services are there to make our busy lives simpler. But laundry village has given me enough troubles to never use such service again.
