This company is essentially thieves. They asked me to cancel my prepaid order as they were unable pick up my clothes however they are yet to give me a refund even after 9 days of order cancellation and now their customer care is unreachable. #fraud
Easy care program is pathetic. They will charge you membership fee once & will not give you the required services as they claim. I have been using their services for past 2 years and lately their service have been worsen. They will not respond to your emails and will not bother about your experience. DISCLAIMER- Please avoid using the services.
