I got a LG air conditioner at best price from (Fomra and co, Ashok Nagar)this shop. I always use to buy LG products from porur arcot street shop(Arihant) Chennai. But this time I enquired at many shops. Atlast I found LG fomra &co is the best one. I BOUGHT LG MS-Q18RNZA (1.5 ton)from this shop. At moderate price 41,000/-. But on other shops 43k to 46k they asked. All LG products available here. Mr Akhil the representative demonstrated good about the product. All other staff's also friendly.They also helped me to know about that AC. I booked AC at night 8.30p.m. On next day morning I got the product on 10.30.a.m. with moderate transportation charge. Rs 500/-. (IncludingTransportation and labour charges. (My home is on 3rd floor.) And installation job within 2 hour's. Installation charges extra Rs1416/- including GST. No extra cost they asked(Plug 3pin , drainer tube and extra cellophane tape 320/-charges extra.). They will go outside and buy that thing's. They give you the bill. I'm fully satisfied with their excellent work. Tension free. AC working good. Good sound sleep. You can modify the AC in 1 ton,0.75. Easy to handle the remote. The technicians will explain how to use the remote functions. I strongly recommend you to buy LG products in this shop.

Had one of the worst experience, staffs say something and commit something. Be careful. The idea of a customer experience is close to zero. They reverted back late. We still made the purchase from them since they were ready to accept their mistake.
