I sold out my school 2 years ago due to personal reasons. After that I was not very happy with myself. Thinking that I was good for nothing. Went through lot of mental trauma. Though many supported me and suggested me to take up a job. But did not even apply any where. I have done online 7 chakra balancing meditation course withl Life Craft Success Hub Bengaluru. While doing the course with Pavani, in 9 classes I felt that I am travelling in nature with her to experience the divine. This space journey was not outside, but Anthar Mukha Yatra I.e journey inside your self and to have self realization. Why all of us frequently visit temples, churches, mosques? It is because we desire to connect with Divine, according to our religion to get peacefulness and happiness, but we never think about where Divine is really. It is time, who ever is interested in spirituality MUST do this course with Pavani. The path of approach to the Divine is beautiful which is done during 9 week course (18 hours ) I personally thank Pavani for mentoring such a course.

I attended Chakra meditationconducted by Pavani. When I started doing the meditation, chanting and pranayamas to balance each chakra I was easily able to forgive a lot of people whom I used to blame before and I have developed a minset to focus on how to improve a situation instead of wondering how I ended up here. This has given me the room to start life afresh. The biggest outcome of this is I have enrolled myself to a part time MS programme which I always wanted to do for 10 years. I have really enjoyed this journey as this as helped me understand the science of how every aspect is connected to one-another and I have learnt how to balance emotions and energy. I also learnt techniques that help me switch to a steady state from an angry or imbalanced state and also helped in communicating more clearly. I urge each one of you to learn and benifit from it.
