Top class service! I needed a battery charger urgently for my Fuji camera and couldn't find anything locally. I didn't want to buy from Amazon because, well, it's Amazon. I stumbled upon Lightorati who stock a quirky range of products, and they had what I needed, the Nitecore FX1, a third-party charger for Fuji camera batteries which gets good reviews. I reached out to Lightorati to see if they could ship it to me quickly in a different city. The customer service was excellent - polite and very precise. I placed my order on a Saturday morning and the charger reached me the next day, Sunday, in less than 24 hours. Well done!

This is first time with Lightorati and the experience was very nice. Products are of good quality. Delivery was very quick. This TK65R FENIX flashlight is really a good light with the kind of quality that we have come to expect from FENIX. Mini sun in your hands. The design is excellent. The battery status light is very useful. This is a really neat feature and gives you a good idea of the power left in your battery. The rubber flap that covers the charge port on the body of the light is seated well. It has good weight and feels good in the hand. Not too heavy and is easy to carry. Light comes with its own charger and USB cable for charging the 7.2 V 5000 mAh lithium ion battery included. The function of the lights are controlled by the two buttons at the base of the flashlight head. Pushing the forward button will activate the strobe or the SOS either one of which could come in handy in an Emergency. The rear button turns on the flashlight and cycles it through the five different brightness levels. Turbo mode is awesome, 3200 Lumens!!. The supplied charge cord is short. The handle is slippery. Overall this a nice flashlight. Thanks a lot Lightorati.

EXCELLENT service. I could not stress this enough. I picked up a nice LED Lenser MT6 from here and they shipped it to me the next day. and through out till the date of delivery ( which was very fast. like 2-4 days MAX) they remained in touch to help me out with any questions or queries that I had.
