Right from priva to rustumjee you will find crowd who have come from Virar, Dombivali,Kalyan. You will feel excited to buy property as roads are well maintained, it’s maintained by Lodha as still priva has to sale its flats. Crowd here has no class.if you don’t believe me come to Olympia bus stop and check senior citizens how they look at girls and pass comments. Lodha is dumpyard for old people by youth. I have no problem with old people , I have problem with their mentality. If you wana go bankrupt do open shop anywhere in Lodha. The miser crowd will make sure you don’t even earn a penny. Crowd here has lot of attitude as they think it’s Colaba and not thane but they are real penny pinchers and pauper.
