Bhaja Caves is not a big place to visit as compared to lohagad fort. 4 star because Not much to see but still ticket same as Lohagad fort. But if you have less time to visit a caves then choose bhaja Caves. Tickets 25 per person but children's below 15yrs is free for them.karla Caves,Lohagad Fort & Bhaja Caves entry tickets are same Cost. Time to visit is from 9A.M. To 5P.M. Now comes to the stairs, approx 270 stairs are there to climb. Good spot for Family, friends & Couple's. Upper View is also good. As good there is a Security guard at the entrance of bhaja Caves Gate. If you can go with your family Take care of children's they can move here n there that might be risky & other's are busy in taking pictures.. I'm sharing Such pictures & Video's along with reviews.Hope you LIKE IT.

Around 80-90 km from pune and takes approximately 2 hours in private vehicle. It is actually a Buddhist temple. You can spend an hour or so to visit it and to take photos. It is in midway to Lohgadh fort. A nice one day trip away from city.

It's a quick destination. Best time to travel is in the rains. It's just a little ahead of lonavala. You will get a stay there as well after the trek you can stay there. It's gets beautiful in the rains. There are small waterfalls around. There us alot of crowd over the weekends nowadays

Ticket price to see this ancient cave is Rs. 25 per person. The stairs are quite wide, obviously since it is made by cutting the rocks. We were told it takes 15mins to reach at the top, but if you are not athletic, you may take half an hour or 45mins or even 1hour to reach there. Since the weather was so humid, we were exhausted till the entrance. The caves were not very attractive for me personally, But you may visit here once if you like trekking etc. Also, there are Nimbu Pani walas at the entrance or above at quarter or half way. Suggest you to visit in good weather else you can't enjoy.

Nice 1-day visit. little climbing involved but it can b done at one's own pace....quite decently maintained since it is not a tourist hotspot. But the guards and parents need to be more vigilant about kids hanging and climbing over the structures,. The strong architecture can be preserved for a millennium with slight attention.
