Terrible and Unprofessional service from Lookplex Home Salon...... I am a regular customer of lookplex since 2017 even my family also but never had tht bad service or a bad treatment. I took appointment and was kept waiting for one hour, which I didnt mind, but i got a call from them saying we can't provide u services today as our professional is buzy with other client or not ready to come , which I found extremely rudeand unprofessional as I had been waiting pateintly for my appointment. Im so discusted with this service, Its such a shame if u can't value ur clients or can't value other people time..... if u have a shortage of employees than u must give appointment according to that only instead of making wait n fooling clients n if there is some prblm u shuld hv manners to inform the client before one day or early in morning so that they can take appointment sumwhere else but u guys r not informing them till d last moment......Never going to suggest anyone for LookPlex... Avoid.... There are so many better options available..... TERRIBLE......
