This hospital is not bad but manage Management staff is very rude behaviour, staff of hr department asking donation for facilities, I know some staff ho manage the all things for money. Some criminal personality staff are work in hr office.

I think they would change the name of hospital instead of Charak hospital to Narak hospital. Intensive Care Unite (ICU) full of infectious if your patient is in ICU he is definitely get nimonea and patient lose his voice for sure nobody get out from Narak hospital ICU and counselling time doctors said patient is fine but when you meet the patient you exactly know about the patient condition.

Wrost hospital I have seen among all hospitals in Lucknow for a small procedure which is expected to cost 6-7 thousand at any private hospital at Lucknow, but Charak hospital charged aprox 50000 for that procedure. Not only this they will not discharge your patient as per your request they still tell you that after doctor visit they will discharge and till doctor visit they will charge more amout from you. You will be trapped once you admit your patient in this hospital.

Very nice neat & clean hospital.doctors are very well qualified.my baby was suffering from diaharia.i concerned with so 2-3 hospitals & doctors but nobody can control his loose motion but when I came charak there is in only 3days my baby is in batter condition.Dr Rana Chanchal is God for child's.God bless him.thank you Dr.Rana sir...

It was an accidental case. Instead of saving the patient on priority, they were asking to pay 2k to create patient's file and then 3.5 k for Corona test and after that only they agreed to admit. This clearly shows, that hospital will not help you in case of emergency. They follow the policy of money before life.
