Apart from giving top notch service they also work for the best interest of you and your watch. The owner specially is a nice person and makes sure people's watches are taken care of properly. The overall service of luxury watch works if I were to summarize in few words would be competent, honest, precise and of the best quality. This truly is one of the best watch workshop in Mumbai.

I have experienced few luxury watch service centers in Mumbai as well as in Delhi - but my recent visit to LWW for an IWC issue made me believe that these guys are truly unique... Mr Sarosh Mody [the owner of LWW and a watch lover who happens to run a service center :) ] takes personal attention to a higher level. He advises you on the best possible actions for your watch. He even told me to avoid replacement of a certain part for now as it did not make economical sense for the ‘watch owner’ even though he lost out on an additional fees. Outstanding commitment to service quality and customer delight.
