False company with false promises donot pay any advance to them they will be behind us till we pay once we pay there will be no response I resold my ice cream machine after lot of calls and wait they still owe 15k to me . I suggest not to buy anything from here as for the same price you get better products outside. Person named Steve was the guy who took my machine back and never repaid the amount back. Stone machine costing 60-80k market price will cost 1.5 lakhs here so do your homework before buying here. PS : Now i surprised why there was 4.2 rating when I go through all the reviews most of them was first time reviewers so you can all imagine from where the reviews have been written. Still they owe me 15k for which they never bothered to return back hope they do it after reading this review

hi i am ravi kadappa, i purchased 2 machines in june last year ,, till now i am happy. never had problem. iam using 8 hrs per day. service is slow but no problem never had service requirement till now. okay fine friends bye

After sales service is not dependable though they are trying best, can't say they don't do at all but it need to be improved a lot

I have paid Rs 60000 on April 27th 2019.They promised me to give me the table top machine on May 15th.But till date they didnot give me the Machine.On repeated request they gave me only half of my money. Remaining money they are not giving.So buyers beware of this company. It is a fraud company. Give a through check before dealing with this company.
