Today we have gone there of a test drive of MG HECTOR PLUS. The showroom was started 7 months ago due to Corona lock down period still setting up showroom and service station in full swing. But this doesn't slow down their commitment towards customer and their satisfaction and trust they have in the name of MG. Since MG is new to indian market MG has trained it employee very well. Mr. Jeeva and Mr. Belliraj has wonderfull knowledge of the limited vehicle variants available. Mr. Belliraj took care of all the in showroom process. Mr. Jeeva took care of the test drive practice he explained well about the new features and pros of the hector elligantly. The service engineer also has very good knowledge of the vehicle engine and spare spots wise.. The overall experience at MG is good for us and we booked a MG hector plus top end variant straight away. The only disappointment is that no offer from dealer end and company end and added to that they charged a handling fee for getting the car from Coimbatore which is part of their work.
