No greeting for customer. I ask for a Brown hair color and they mix black in between without consulting me and later giving weird excuses. Owner Aunty sitting there just bother about money and ignorant towards customer complaint. Untrained staff and no such customer base. Please don't go by the price as they are not worthy for services.

Receiptionist should learn how to talk to customers.If she cant answer politely, firstly she should learn professionalism and then work on any salon.I hated her attitude.Dont undertand why she was showing so much attitude.Worst behaviour.

I wish i could have given zero rating as thats what Magnolia deserves... Magnolia have foolish staff who don't know grooming at all. Poor space..this is for Malibu Town location. No experience for sec 14 Untrained staff..poor wax quality..they take 6-7hrs for little Service..they are more interested in gossiping,mmobiMo,music etc..no focus on client...Idios Idiots
