One of the oldest of its type. Have been here with friends and it was fun altogether. However the important part of any resort being Swimming has been closed due to Covid 19 so couldn't enjoy that. But rest was all good. You get complimentary dinner and breakfast when you stay there over night. Food was good enough. Pricing is nominal too. Room are sea facing so you get the best view of sea in morning.

The resort is now open for public to stay! I'm visiting here for the first time. Very cool and pleasant place to stay with family and friends. Sea view rooms and relaxing spots near the shore. Restaurant and bar too. Complimentary food was yummy and delicious! Need to improve the maintenance of the rooms. Over all satisfied!!

Beach resort....vantage point .... individual and duplex villas available....all villas overlooking the magnificent bay of Bengal..... resort is not in the best of shape ,needs an overhaul..... swimming pool available at extra cost.... landscaping is well planned out....common dining area.....food is good.....overall stay and experience will be memorable if travelling in a large group.......need to introduce water sports for added footfall............

Best place to spend time with family. You will not only get beach view but also access to beach. Early morning or late evening walk along the beach is recommended. Food is also decent here.

One of the most underrated property in Mahabs. The resort is quiet big and spacious. They have refurbished the roads, sign boards, buildings etc. The garden area and the beach are well maintained, in fact cleaned both in the morning and the evening. Most the rooms have direct view of the sea, either the entrance of the room or the balcony faces the sea. The sea is just few meters away from the rooms, which is the best part. For less than 5k you can't find such a property in Mahabs with such a stunning view, however there is a catch. The rooms have huge quality issues. The walls are chipping, no exhaust fan in the restroom etc. If you can look past this, it's a wonderful place. The restaurant is also good, the taste is fine and this is the only place which provided dinner and breakfast along with the room tariff, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a wonderful experience, you can carry your own booze, they also don't restrict much if you plan to have it by the beach I.e. without creating rakers. Better clean up the place after you finish. But the watchman is very keen on any one jumping into the beach as swimming is prohibited.
