It's a very busy Railway station inbetween Warangal & Khammam railway stations on the route of Vijayawada - Secunderabad railway line .. need to provide some facilities like WiFi ,one more foot over bridge and lift @ this station ..

Mahabubad is a beautiful railway station. Many people travel from here to many other places like Hyderabad, Warangal, Kazipet. I have enjoyed travelling from here to Hyderabad. It is one of the major railway stations of Telangana. People here who want to travel to Warangal will prefer trains over the buses as travel time is low compared to bus.
