Excellent service from this mahadev Manpower Consultancy. As I had approached them for Full-Time Cook service and they helped me a lot. they charged me around 15000 for the service. Blissful with the service from this Services provider.
I am happy with Pravalika's behaviour and support. Although initially 2maids didn't suited for my home, Pravalika supported well in providing replacement and it worked out well. Best of luck
Very worst service providers, I can’t trust them again. Says something n they do something. They provided me a nanny who doesn’t have any experience. She left within four days saying that we didn’t provide bed to her, where as we discussed very clearly with the management saying we can’t provide bed. They just need money not clients trust. They don’t stand on their words. Very bad behaviour of the management. They don’t answer to our questions... instead deviate the topic... I will never suggest anyone about this consultancy
I have contacted the mahadev Manpower services. I was approached for a full-time female maid to take care of household works apart from cooking. So that they have quoted me Rs. 12,000 My required I need to service they response was good

I wish I could give the services 10 stars. Superb care. No words. Coming to the maids. Had an issue with both due to some mistreatment and misunderstandings. No matter how good the maid is, they are purely working for money. No love in what they do. With that outlook I guess these maids are average. They lie under their teeth. They told us that we don't give them food. Anyway, I'm not going to unnecessarily comment on that now. But once again, superb management. The maids need some improvement but I still trust mahadev maid services . Hats off to the lady pravalika who always answered me patiently on call when I called her.
The five star rating is for their honesty & on time responce. We had couple of live-in maids from them .The first one was diabetic & used to get tired so fast, even though she was aged around 40-45.We asked for the replacement,which took 13 days for the replacement. The new maid was 50 but was very energetic & stayed with us for two cycles. The communication with mahadev manpower services , was very clear. All terms & conditions were clearly mentioned All I have to say is, count on their professionalism and the way they execute their service. Don't bother much on the maid, if you don't like the assigned maid, they will replace her . Well, all these comes at a cost. They are expensive compared to other agencies. Ofcourse, mahadev Manpower service was value for money
