The reviews on Google do not relate to the Chandigarh office of Make My Trip; rather, these reviews are for the MMT call center which has nothing to do with the Chandigarh office of Make My Trip. The Chandigarh MMT office has consistently received great reviews from its clients.

I have never seen such worst service that a service provide.they never take responsibility towards their clients. I asked them to refund my money but it's been two weeks they didn't made any refund and when I tried to contact them they are not even picking up my phone...

These people didn't respond on phone and even there office is also closed, they didn't even forwarded their office's land-line number, i was facing a refund issue for the last 20 days bit not a single response from these guys, so take my advise and don't book from these guys, booking directly is THE BEST OPTION 0 star******

I booked Oyo 47033 hotel Krishna through MMT, I Wait at airport for more than 4 hours but no response from MMT .. More than 20 people I chat n same answer that they will update in 45 mins... Really worst experience, hotel denied my booking as they have Payment issues with make my trip

Worst service. I booked my flights through MMT and 2 times my flight got cancelled by the airline. These people not even attending calls and not even replying to my mails. They not even refunding my money which is 10,000 which is a huge amount. Don't trust them.
