Where to start, I would like to change the description of Homestay to Second Home for Pehlingpa. The view, the house, the vibes and finally the host Kapoor family. Hospitality at it's Best. My whole family stayed for 4 magical weeks, but trust me every day you experience the nature within you. AWESOME

I visited Pehlingpa Home with friends, it was an amazing experience which I never expected. You will love every minute of your stay there, you talk about the host (Seema, Shubhash, Abhinav and Joy), view from the property or room, cleanliness and food, everything was just unbelievable. You can just go there and enjoy the peaceful stay :-)
Wonderful place to stay. We had nice experience. Very beautiful place and Seema and Subhash are great host. A place to visit again and again.
This was my best 'workation' ever. Everything about this place is awesome..the location, the house, the hosts. I was working remotely while staying at this place. The homestay has all the amenities one would require to work with a calm mind. The place is so peaceful it soothes your mind and connects you with nature. You can feel that the house is built and designed with pure love. And that is how it is maintained as well..it is cleaner and comfortable than many high rated so called luxury hotels. It is a rare combination of worldly comforts and natural beauty. You can hear the sound of the river Beas from your room...its so soothing you'll forget about all worldly worries. This place was nirvana for me :) And above all, there is no match to the hospitality offered by the kind and sweet hostess Seema. Seema and her family are the most warm and kind people I have met so far. Their genuinely caring attitude towards their guests will make you fall in love with them. Even an introvert like myself loved every bit of time spent with them. Some people have such pure hearts that you are just drawn to them and if you are lucky you make soulful connections with them. And you wont be able to resist the love of two beautiful dogs. I have always been scared of dogs but those two made me fall in love with them. I still miss them a lot :( I can go on and write pages but words can never do justice in describing the beauty of some experiences and places. I am so happy with myself that i found this gem of a place. Already planning for my next stay in this paradise :)
I have visited so many places and have also stayed in homestays, but I must say this is the best one ever. Such a beautiful place situated away from the crowd, surrounded by snow-clad mountains, Apple and Plum orchards and to add to that the Beas river flowing just opposite to this place. This place is filled with tranquillity. Even you can see the mountains from the rooms. The comfort, hygiene, food, everything was beyond my expectations. I must say working from here is blissful. I had started my journey with the thought to stay for a week, but actually, I stayed for more than a month here. Indeed this place makes you feel home away from home, True to its name - Pehlingpa home, a homestay. I have never met a host like Seema. She is very caring, accommodative, kind and full of love and affection. Seema and family were ever ready to help in any situation and difficulty over my stay. And cannot forget Ashu and Maggie, the two friendly dogs. Being a local, Seema arranged our Lahaul trip and showed us such untouched beautiful places that were kind of out of the world or straight from a movie. I left a piece of my heart in this place and will be going to visit time and again...
They stay was cozy and amazing. Seema aunty (the host) is welcoming and makes you feel at home. The rooms were squeaky clean & location is 10-15 mins away from hustle-bustle of the main market The best part about the room were the Bed Heaters and the view
Where to start? People, place, peace, paradise...everything superb! I stayed there for 5 weeks but felt like that wasn't enough. Climbed stairs with 108 steps but that was totally worth the efforts when we saw that home. The house was far more beautiful than in pictures. It's in the midst of apple orchids, overlooking the river with sound yet peaceful. Every corner of the house is beautifully designed. Especially the attic, where I can spend my whole life. All amenities as promised by host even more so to make our stay comfortable. Our hosts, Seema, Subhash and their two sons Abhinav & Joy, beautiful people, humble, friendly and now they are just like our family. We spent some good times with them - tracking, touring, cycling trails, eating & drinking together and most importantly lots of sharing & caring.
Our stay at the Pehlingla home was a dream in itself. The stay is 10 kms away from the hustle bustle of the city which makes it so serene and beautiful. It is the one of the prettiest properties we have stayed in till date. The cherry on top of the cake is the hospitality that the Kapoor family has to offer. From the day we first contacted Seema Aunty regarding the bookings, she has been in touch with us. She helped us out with our car bookings, recommendations on places to visit in Manali. The properly has a 5 mins climb which makes it a little difficult to drag our bags but thanks to the entire Kapoor clan we were able to keep our luggage in their private car in order to avoid the hassle at 5 am in the morning. On top of it, Seema aunty, her husband and her son helped us out with our luggage. They even woke up at 5 am in the morning to see us off and that was a gesture we haven’t experienced in the longest time. All in all, the Pehlingpa stay will make you feel like you’re at home. Thank you Seema Aunty for being the best host ever :D
