Found hospital staff very cooperative, Dr.Chandrashekar Sorake was very interactive & professional. Hospital is maintaining good standard & hygienic standard. Laboratory was also very efficient & quick to issue results of blood test. All departments & waiting area are well designed. Consulting session was also very interactive & efficient. Overall services provided at under one roof for multiple issues such as labs, pharmacy, doctors visit, procedure room is an added value for an patient and is very helpful. Today visited this hospital to get couple of sutures for my grand mom. The total expenses crossed 5,000. Plus the receptionist was were rude promising a wait for 2 minutes which takes for ever. The quality of service is average but the cost and waiting time is a lot.
It's the best hospital I've been to in the last few years. I got admitted here recently and the doctors, paramedics, mediclaims staff and housekeepers were kind and co-operative. I would strongly recommend S.C.S hospital for it's ambience, good medical care and prioritizing patient welfare. Thanks a lot for the wonderful care.
