I had the WORST experience at this shop. The staff has so much attitude and are very badly behaved. I placed an order and sent a cheque for the amount that was in the bill. On reaching there my peon calls me saying the amount is more than this so I checked the bill again and asked to speak to the staff. The staff member was so rude and asked me " tax kaun bharega ( who will pay tax?) so I told him that he should've mentioned and included tax in the bill amount and I would've happily paid it. To this he said that he told me verbally. So I said after 24 hours and after visiting 20 shops how do you expect me to remember what each guy said you should've mentioned the tax in the invoice. He retorted saying " that's not my job and threw my peons phone on the floor" Most SHOCKINGLY BAD BEHAVIOUR . It's YOUR JOB to make a proper bill when you're selling goods not the customers job and how dare you treat a customer so badly and throw their phone!! Disgusting ill mannered staff.
