Great build quality. The executive chair is solid built. I had some issues but they addressed them on the same day of delivery by sending someone.

Sent me a defective chair (wheels were so hard and would just not move, has scratched my floor all over) and chasing their customer care (which is just one person - Anil) does not heed any response. Now the chair back support is completely broken and the chair is worthless. Horrible quality and horrible experience dealing with them. Invoice no. ADK/WB/20-21/021.
