Location is good. I heard a new road is coming next to Marina skies joining till Aayappa society. That will making the communication improved. There are two lakes next to the site. This will ensure permanent open space at this locality. Since its a high-raise building (31 4 floors) it may become one of the landmark in this area.

This is the best available project for a location closer to HITEC CITY. Got 5 metro stations too within a 2KM radius. Also, there is a new flyover coming up which will connect the project location to Jubilee Hills directly. Also ample lung spaces not very far away from the project - just on the other side of the main road (Green Hills Rd). The construction is happening at a steady pace. Tower-1 construction picture part of this review.

Horrible work by builder. No proper power back up even for 3-4 years. Every night in summer there is power outage. No indoor sports after 4 years. Full of dogs everywhere. Cant leave the kids to play. Dogs attacking residents is a quite common incident. Seepage issue is very common in many flats. In parking lot of places leakages and seepages are there. But builder has no positive intention to get these resolved. Residents are going with silent protest again and again to get what was promised to them after paying a hefty amount. Beware and think twice before investing with this builder....

Marina skies have come up with model house now . Quality and design looks just perfect. They have shown that this would be major project for Cybercity by investing 25 lac in model house interiors . Tower 1 in this project will be ready in next 8 months (partially)

Best apartments ever constructed in Hyderabad!!!! Every nook and corner of the apartments is constructed in such a way that all the space is effective used. Amazing architects... Great job Marina skies..keep going..!!!!!!

Awesome builders. Great infrastructure..effective usage of space... tight security measures are taken and maintenance is amazing
