Pathetic services, no 1 cares about the patient, making false commitment with patient for waiting time.even told them about the condition of the patient still they are not bothered. Pathetic totally fishy.

The centre has “top class” facilities and “worst possible staff“. To start with 1. No parking available, the guard manning the entrance will not help you even while you are parking or reversing your vehicle. 2. Receptionist will not look at you but keep entering/entertaining the patients brought/escorted by their staff, out of turn. So you keep waiting and only when no staff known/relative/reference is available than only it’s your turn. 3. Same is at Ultrasound, you keep waiting for your turn and hospital staff will keep on taking their known/relatives in side without turn. When asked about it they say “staff ko toh preference milta hi hai” 4. An Ultrasound without any known staff will take somewhere 2-3 hours but if you can get through any “STAFF” than it’s only few minutes job. 5. Total mismanagement by staff , no help to waiting patients. Patient keep on asking/enquiring from here and there. 5. Very disappointing in spite of centre having world class facilities 6. Go there only in Two Cases (a) You have some known staff here (b) You have a Full Free Day to spend at this centre. All the best

HCIC have good facility staff but end result not satisfactory. They don’t provide satisfactory films of ultrasound, image they show on monitor don’t share with customer earlier they use to do so.

Clean place the staff members were very much concerned about the covid situation hence maintained good hygiene even the outside of the place.. and the interesting thing about the place is you dont need to worry about the u turn or any turn on google maps just visit the place it is on the road as well and has much area to park the vehicle.. Staff is also concerned about the health and condition of the patient . They would deny testing you if they find that the test os of no use to the patient...i liked the place personally and the staff member's behaviour i would like to appreciate... Hygiene seems to be their first priority... All the best to the owners and workers of the centre... Keep serving people with all the dignity.. must reccommend to visit the centre in any problem

Pathetic management and no care to waiting patients , you will feel as if you have entered a fish market . There is no transparency in waiting Q . They also provide reports after hours so expect a day trip to this Center .
