I bought a cycling jersey and the zipper was faulty. Though quality of the jersey is good but there should be better quality control. The delivery time is too long and it took almost a month to get delivered. I didn't bother to return the product for the same reason.
Totally disappointed! Its been over 15 days and I have no idea about my t-shirts. The guy who takes care of customer care via whats-app doesn't give a straight answer to anything. I requested them multiple times to send out the jerseys in the given time (7 to 10 days). FYI, I haven't yet got the jersey and I am really mad!
Great experience, I was in contact with a few suppliers before finalising the deal, I found HYVE to be the most professional of them all so went ahead with the order. The quality of the product was better than I expected and the pricing is very reasonable too. From now on, HYVE is my permanent stop for future needs as well.
Bought this customized jersey from Hyves, jersey quality is reasonably good. Size fits perfect. Wore for about two hours and rode around 40Km, the material dries quickly. Overall good. Atleast one zip pocket on the backside would be required to keep money and mobile.
