Hi i reduced weight from 123 kg to 113 in span of 50 days. Guidance of gym instructor is helping me to feel motivated and technical good to perform any task.Gym machines are new,g and upto mark. I am motivated by various quotes and saying mentioned on walls of the gym and also being motivated by instructors..... I strongly recommend gym specially who wants to reduce their weight....
One of the best gym i have ever visited so far. Best in town and team is very supportive. Equipped with latest exercise machines. 100% recommended.
If I could I would have given 10 out of 5 star to this gym.Mr Dhruv Tak is a brilliant trainer & nutritionist.Mr Dheeraj is hard working and focused trainer. Ambience of gym is also awesome, they treat each and every member like family. All gym machines are in very good condition.They primerly focus on weight training for fat loss and mass gain. Overall the best gym in Jodhpur they also won best gym and best trainer award twice in a row. They have 2 branch old one is in Poata New one is at Bhati Chouraha I lost 16 kg(119kg to 103kg) in 2 months(10th June-10th August) that's why I am strongly recommending this gym to all who want to loss fat or gain mass. Added-It's been 5 months now and I lost almost 25kg(119kg to 94kg) (10th June-10th November) and gained muscles also
