Shopped for 12k and yet no gifts or vouchers like they used to give in initial days. Vishal mart is better and prices are same. Agree that the collection is more at Metro than compared to other outlets

If you have a metro card you can access or borrow from other. Good place to buy house hold, Electronics, Vegetables, items, prices are not so competitive. However I You are non vegetarians the Meat, Sea foods can find much different in prices from the market. You may not find much different if you’re purchasing less than 1K or 2K items. If you’re carrying the list of items to purchase, you can save lots of time, otherwise you will end up seeing and purchase other products. Staff are helpful and friendly You have ample of parking Most importantly carry an extra Bag’s don’t know you may land up purchasing more

Good store with variety of items available. I bought a Washing machine, at the time of billing I was assured that the delivery will happen to my residence which is in 4th floor. But the delivery person was so arrogant that he left the consignment in the basement. There was a elevator to bring the material to the 4th floor. This is very disturbing and unacceptable.

The layout of the mall was very impressive. It was spacious and well lighted up. We were in the lobby of the huge shopping complex. There were many people enjoying there. I could see a supermarket, which occupied a lot of space. Then there were electronics shops selling huge televisions and music systems that were displayed outside. Near to it was a large shop of shoes. My mother bought me a pair from there.

Ample space for parking, wheel chair accessible. Clean atmosphere. Drinking water available. But, I noticed that there is no thermal test nor precautionary announcements in the premises. This was @ Kengeri on my visit today. One thing I would like to inform is that entire staffs were wearing masks, safety gloves. Hand sanitizer dispensers were available at allover the premises. At the same time many customers were never maintained any distance. It is every INDIVIDUAL's responsibility to keep distance and be safe and safegaurd others.

Limited availability of items in terms of variety, low quality products, cluttered space, movement of forklifts makes it look like a warehouse than a retail space, better, faster and cheaper alternatives online. Not worth spending time and fuel. Management needs to change business model, volume business are thing of past.

Ample car parking space. Huge shopping complex. Clean and neat store. Well organized. Billing takes time but that is understandable coz nobody goes to Metro to buy 1 item. I have found that most of their prices are lower than online.
