I had bad experience with buying car with them. I am highly concerned if this is the response before delivery of vehicle, what will be after delivery. I regret dealing with them. They want everything immediately when it's customer side, but all procedure and limitations creeps in when it's their turn. I will never recommend anyone to deal with them. Poor customer service also doubt their after sales service. I have written on provided email provided in response below. They opened the ticket and said to resolve the issue in 24 hours, but they closed the ticket without any resolution. I replied back and asked what resolution was provided, they opened other ticket and closed that too. Clearly making fool to customers.

Dear MG Motor India, I purchased car from MG Ghaziabad Dealership and overall my experience has been poor, below you can find brief details: 1. Test Drive: I requested a Test Drive for MG Hector Petrol Hybrid Sharp Variant, I got test drive on MG Hector plus which i had zero plans to buy plus the test drive i received has no relevance to MG Hector 2021 Petrol Hybrid. 2. Lack of Information and Demonstration: On march 11, 2021 I got delivery if the car but Crystal Auto Team was extremely poor in explaining the features and briefing other information about car specially on Service, Road Side assistance, MG shield programs and other details related to Vehicle. 3. Non functional iSmart App: Handover of car with no ismart app: I was handed over the app with no ismart app operational, Crystal Autocare does not even bother to follow up me for enabling this feature, very poor Customer Relationship Management at Crystal Autocare Ghaziabad. 4. No follow ups on resolution: After raising my issues Sales Head of Crystal Autocare Head and Customer Complain head visited my home but I still found it unworthy as both were very late than the time i requested. A general feedback on MG Ghaziabad Dealership, I found everyone at MG Ghaziabad Dealership to very careless, unresponsive, indiscipline, bad body language and lost in there own world as a customer i feel i can be treated far better. Anyways I wanted to buy MG Hector Petrol Hybrid as I already made my mind to have this car even before i requested test drive, so I had least expectations from Dealer but yes If i would have had other car options then looking at the treatment I received I wouldn't have never purchased a car at MG Dealership.
