Staffs Impolite!!! Service People neophyte!!!! Visit other showrooms for resolving your issues. Avoid Varanasi Showroom!!! I'm a Hector Owner was struggling since an year for the solution. They were unable to resolve for a whole year. Visited other states MG Service center, they resolved my car's problem within hours. Not at all recommended!!!!!

Not at all Recommended. I think MG is not caring for it's Showrooms and Service Centers. This Showroom is completely full of idiots having improper skills.

Servicing is too bad, they don't have the sufficient amount of workers. They don't have sufficient skills. Receptionist over there has no manners to talk to thier clients. They only try to sell their merchandise products. Very bad service. Avoid to go Varanasi showroom, for servicing I have invested my one whole day with traveling of 500kms. And I got 0 result, my problems remains the same.
