We bought a Hector Sharp Diesel, BS VI, 2021on 13.04.2021. Buying experience was awesome. Mr. Subhakant, Relationship Manager, is a perfect gentleman and knows him job well. He helped us with an on-time delivery. Recommend him to everyone who wants to buy MG car. The PDI Department needs to be more professional and carry out its job with perfection during delivery. Overall the car and the dealership deserve 5 stars. Let's hope after sales service is as great.

Is it really trustworthy??? The showroom should have good, polite, and well educated staffs rather than eye-pleasing amenities. Because in the long run good services matters. This showroom is completely a service disaster. I didn't understand how they can hire such people/staffs in a showroom to sell a car. The worst showroom with terrible staff performance

Are you hiring a PR for 4.4 ratings and good reviews??? Because as a customer I completely disagree to this. I can literally say that it is the worst service provider showroom in Bhubaneswar. Please don't compare yourself with Hyundai, Mahindra and tata showrooms because they may not have a luxurious showrooms like you but they are definitely a better service provider than you. I will never ever get associated with mg again. Please be courteous enough while dealing with the customers.

My experience in one word with this showroom is pathetic or worse than that. I had heard from several people regarding their worst performance inspite of that i booked my car. I had literally gone through a phase of nightmare where i complained to the team but nothing worked till date. Lies after lies after lies thats it.. I m suffering till date.It was my great mistake to book a car from this showroom.
