I have been here for the first time. The clinic is supposed to be open at 10 AM (Monday to Saturday, Sunday closed) as per the notice pasted on the door and as mentioned on the sign board displayed outside this clinic. However, no one turns up to open this clinic before 10:15 AM and the doctor doesn't arrive here before 10:30 AM. I believe that everyone should value the time of others. This clinic has rates prominently displayed at the reception counter for the consultancy and various other tests which are performed at this clinic. The charges can be paid only by PAYTM or in cash. I think this clinic should also accept payment by credit card as it is the norm at the other consultants clinic. Consultancy fees is 300 for the first visit and 200 for every subsequent visit. This clinic is located on the first floor with no option for any elevator which could prove difficult for elderly or differently abled patients. The doctor here listens you well and may order one or more tests or prescribe medicines. This doctor doesn't have any specialised knowledge about ENT. He ordered a audiometry test, charges 400 for it but refused to give the that report to me (patient) as he didn't want it to be shown to another specialist for a second opinion. it appears from his conversation that he is not sure about his report or treatmentHe also prescribed medicines which are useless as they don't have any effect on my medical issues (Tinnitus). Complete waste of money and time.

Dr.rajiv is nice doctor....He is ent specialist and surgeon.practising so many years..timing is morning 10 am to 1pm and evening 6pm to 9.30 ..sunday closed ...very closed to Mira road station ..

The doctor is very good. Helped my wife with her ear pain assuring her that she will get well soon. And indeed the assurance and reality is not far. She recovered with her ear infection in 1 day. Excellent advice and medicine. Even the medical shop owner said that the doctor is very effective. Although the entrance may not be quickly visible but once inside its huge and spacious. Didn’t have to wait for long either.
