SCAM ALERT !!!!!!! Think before you join and check whether you can attain the quality level 60 mistakes you can make out of 5000000(5million) We are rating you low on Google reviews and all possible complaint forum.please find the below reasons. First of all we haven't recieved the invoice for 54000 inclusive of GST ,we paid for the business fee. Second the records which was sent by you was bogus, we have reviewed almost 900 records but we happen to find that Either the phone numbers are invaild or no longer in service else no patient is avilable on the mentioned phone number or email adress. Which clearly indicates the information is incorrect. Also checked with guidelines of HIPPA Medicare and medicaid the way you outsource is not allowed. We will send an email updating the same to federal bureau of Medicare USA. We were offered 3 PC project on two of the pc we maintained quality of 98% and 95% and one of the pc we received less than 85% so average we got 78%.we are still confused how you arrived to this avearge But paid us 10% considering the cumulative however you would have received Payement for 2 pc where our quality was above 95%. Also you forced us to send email for accepting quality so we have send email agreeing the report since we don't want to loose all our money We will escalate this matter to ministry of corporate affairs by giving them a detailed explanation. Also finally, though we had a legal agreement. The quality parameters are unrelastic. 60 mistakes for 9000 records, one record has 47 fields which makes 423000 fileds in total . In each field let's say type 15 character which comes up 6 million. So out of 6millon entires you are asking us to make a mistake of 60 which is unrelastic and beyond 6 sigma level. So I request the company to give me an explanation on this and do the needful. Because of our urge and quick act we have lost our money and we are unable to pay the salary for 4 memebers who were part of this project. Thanks
