Worst experience and worst behavior. Don't go to this office, they literally charge you triple for doing a task that requires very less amount. I had to get my documents notarized and the person near the cabin literally forced me to take copies in green papers when I was literally asking her to get notarized the documents that I have bought. She did it so that she can charge me with 600/- when I can get it done for 200/-. And they can't even write the proper date on the document. Worst place don't go here and I'm disgusted with the behavior of people working there. They don't do the work that you have asked. They con you to spend more money,in other words waste your money. And I think the reviews here are misleading. Either way don't fall for the rating, go do it in another office.

The lady at the counter talks in a bad fashion. She is cantankerous and very argumentative. The charges are also on high side. There are good number of Notary offices within the vicinity of this shop. Donot visit this shop. They will just rob you. Donot get mislead by old reviews which are two to three years old. Their service is pathetic. Instead visit another Notary office just located opposite to this shop where you can even get non-judicial stamp paper plus notary services at a relatively cheaper rates.

Miss amrutha ... I have seen your post.... The stamp paper pic... U posted is wit correction... Dated 7/10/2020 ...and u posted that on 03/10./2020 this month.. One cannot issue.. Post dated stamp papers... It looks like you yourself correct that... The pen used is different... It's month of 07/09/2020..u corrected it.. I think....plz verify it once.....

They are really helpful and would do your work ASAP. Really helps you in most of the work and even Advocates are available at earliest.

Very costly. They asked 1200rs for a normal sale agreement. You can get it done in less than 700rs in near by shops. Pls avoid it.

The lady in front desk was confused. I asked for a 20/- stamp paper and she said she only has 50 and 100. She asked me if I wanted a blank or with agreement prepared. I said blank. She was fine with it. Then I had to make a call and confirm if 50/- is fine .When I asked for 50/- spamp paper, she again said she doesn't have 50 and can give only 100/- stamp paper if it's blank. If I needed 50/- stamp paper, I should get the agreement done as well which would cost me 300 more .I didn't get want I want. And if it's not available I didn't get clear answer in first go.
