I placed an order of wall clock #ON-30687, it got delivered to me yesterday. But wall clock glass was broken and screws also broken, worst material. Outer packaging is good but the packet is bigger if we compare it with its clock. so the glass is broken. yesterday I called customer care, no one responded. today also after trying half an hour I was connected to a representative. They are saying if the product is damaged, then the customer needs to send through courier to them with his/her expense. Return policy is very bad. Now i am thinking why I bought it from them. I should have ordered from flipkart or amazon.

Great product and also main thing that is orpat doing for the girls is great, oprat is giving jobs for girls in village areas so the India will be grow and orpat is creating new oppertunity for also boys and girls orpat is specifically is doing great things for girls they are sending busses they pick up safely girls from your area and they will also drop safely.
Very bad service once you buy products from them. I bought a new product with order number ON19929 and parts.were.missing in that product. After sending multiple mails and calls also there is no response. Pathetic. Better avoid their products.
I purchased “Orpat OEI 187 1200-Watt Dry Iron (White and Blue)" from amazon on 23rd September 2018. The product is still under warranty and i am holding the warranty card and bill. Recently, the product stopped heating and i contacted following customer care centre at Vadodara: Shivam sales Dolphin estate Near zenith Dabhoi road Pratap nagar They asked me to bring the machine to their service Centre (15 kms away). Upon visiting the service Centre, they took the machine, bill and warranty card. When requested politely to give a receipt for taking the machine, the service centre replied arrogantly. Once again the executive was politely requested if i can keep the bill. On this the service centre again arrogantly and rudely replied that take the machine away and that he will not repair. He also informed to not return to this service centre. Such misbehaviour by the executives is only tarnishing the image of Orpat, which is working hard to build its reputation. A product is as good as its quality of service. And in this case even before the product was serviced, the executive behaved extremely rudely. Such behaviours of service centres should not be tolerated by Orpat (an ISO-9002 & 14001 Company), especially when customer reviews provided by other customers online are below par. I request Orpat to take immediate action against such erring service centres and work hard towards getting a positive impression in the minds of public. i am attaching some online reviews about your company. Its time customer satisfaction is given utmost importance by scrapping such service centres which are be-shaming your brand.
The customer service centre of Orpat is just amazing. I had bought a Mixer grinder and started facing some issues under warranty. I reached out to the customer service and within two days my product was replaced with a new one.
World class brand. They are India's largest clock manufacturer. Proud thing for our country.
I have been using ajanta clocks since many years. A very trustworthy brand.
