We took an Activa on rent. Its condition looked fine initially. They provided helmet as well. But the major issue that we faced was that the activa was breaking down multiple times even on some small slant roads. And therefore we could not cover most of the places that we had planned and had to return back. It was possibly some cabling issue as per the mechanic. So it is just a humble suggestion for Motor Racer if you can check these things prior to giving the vehicle to customer.

I have rented a car from MotoRacer Rental service.The condition of vehicle was superb,this is the first time I have used such kind of service and I must say the experience was more than what I have expected.The owner of the service is very cooperative and sorted man. Hi everyone. DON'T OPT FOR THIS RENTAL SERVICE. YOU'LL END UP WASTING YOUR TIME AS WELL AS MONEY. The scooters that we were provided were of poor standard. The owner and the staff is rude. They provided us a broken helmet. On asking a safer one, denied by saying that all the helmets are gone. When we pressed them and stood our ground for a better helmet, the guy went somewhere and brought a good one. seriously dude, where is the safety of customers? Then, we started our journey with the two scooters. After covering around 6-7kms, we were stopped by traffic police. They checked the vehicle number and found out that the both the vehicles had prior fines that were pending to be paid. One vehicle did not have insurance. The only mistake we made is we trusted the owner, who said all the papers were clear and we won't face any problem. Although we were in a hurry, we should have checked them once. So the police men, asked us to pay the fine. It took us good one hour to convince them and ended up wasting our time there. We had no option but to cancel our trip. When we went to the Shop for getting the deposits back , the owner was no where to be found at the shop. We called him up, and he rudely asked us to wait for 1 hour, since he is a VIP and we should inform him before visiting his shop. The staff is utter rude. Can't he tell his staff to check the vehicle and return the deposit? No because he's a VIP. Nonetheless, we had no option but wait.We took our money and left. We had to miss our train for Mumbai. Guys don't fall for these 4-5 star ratings, don't trust them. Please go for some other service provider, if you don't want to ruin your outings.

Very satisfied with the provided service. Also bikes are well maintained with good pickup for lohagad, raigad, lonavala and many. Very polite behavior. I really recommend this rentals.

Rented Avenger from MR for 15 days after using it for a day the vehicle got a breakdown.I showed it to a local mechanic and he informed me the clutch plate has worn out completely.I called motoracer for assistance and I got a replacement vehicle within 2 hours at Lonavala.To my surprise they didnt charge me single paisa for repair work.The person delivered vehicle was very polite and humble.They even offered me free use of rented vehicle for a day.Highly appreciated.

We took 2 vehicles on rent..self drive The condition of the vehicles wasn't good enough. Vehicles were not clean and maintained. The rent charged is comparatively less than the competitors.. But saving on it won't help as the car may break down anytime.. Our vehicle broke down in the highway and we had to wait for 5 hours to get it fixed. N worst part is we were almost charged for it . We were blamed for a dent which we never had a clue about and we had a tough time travelling to and fro to his place to convince him with the proofs that we hadn't done it. Once that was settled, we were being asked to pay 1500 for mechanic charges of the broke down vehicle. Please!!! Make some sense.... After so much argument we ended up paying him the late fee charges...what about our 5 hours of delay boss?? Such a hectic trip it was....and all because of the vehicles.....
