Receptionist and nurses were very polite and sweet. Punctuality was really good. Some of the people not wearing masks, even doctors,was quite surprising to see though. Above all,very good environment with good staffs.

I had great respect towards Doctor Saravanan. But my recent visit to treat my neighbour for a dog bite has made me annoyed. These people get consent signature to treat but don't did not disclose the cost of treatment. Unnecessarily taking patient to operation theatre, making as an inpatient charging room rent for an hour. Costing around 20000 rupees. These people treat as asylum. Fixing an appointment takes hours together. Charging for cotton and tincture. Never ever step in. Totally commercial. Manager and supervisor are fit for nothing

Good hospital with trained doctors.. clean and compact.. went for health checkup and got it done on time by the duty doctors.. overall happy with their service..!!

I would give 5 stars if not for the tardiness of the nurses and support staff. Dr.Saravanan and Dr.Suganya are good and caring doctors, so are the doctors who are on duty. But the nurses are pathetic to say the least. 2 or 3 years back, the staff nurses were excellent and knew their job, however the new batch of nurses are not at all equipped to even handle common scenarios like fixing an IV line. When my brother was admitted few weeks back, the nurses made 5 attempts to fix the venflon on his arm without success. Finally they had to call in the doctor who fixed it for them. Similar thing happened recently when my dad was admitted. More than once I have seen the duty nurses taking verbosely on their phone even when we had requested their help with the patient. Hospital management should take strong notice regarding such complaints, otherwise patient safety will be compromised.
