Hi, It is very pathetic and third class service provide by this hotel... Very bad hotel. The staff was not educated, they don't even know about any room service. All in all I am very dissatisfied customer with booking.com. This was just cheating. They even don't have bulb, fan ... AC is not expactable. Even no electric heater. They provide coil heater hahaha... very cheap in high price... Poor room accommodation, cheapest furniture and curtains... I will not come Ooty with this experience...
