A Google Group with a purpose, but not dry - a set of well educated tutors of higher education, very active in participation on day to day basis discussing matters of significance to profession, education, managerial concepts while also philosophy, and some fun activities thrown in every now and then!! I am a medical doctor with a flair for imparting managerial and operations and quality control as well as assurance in medicine and pathology - I do not truly fit into the Group, per se, yet have am accepted, (may even be tolerated!!), but always learn much being in contact with the stalwarts of higher education!!

MTC which began as a modest effort of a platform to understand the problems faced by HEI's over a decade bloomed full scale into a family of Academics justifying the accronym: MTC : Management Teacher's Consortium where ideas shared without any duress and discussions led to several innovative approaches which benefited the stake holders. From National level group, the platform went on to International involvement of broad minded faculties who too were glad to share their testimonies and experience. A complete "Knowledge Sharing" group. Over they years new branches too developed and the beauty of the group is its focus on developing and strengthening efforts to take Higher Education to a new height. Kudos to Prof.Bholanath Dutta for his unswerving efforts in playing a moderator too besides the architect of the group.
