If you have lot of time to spend and make rounds again and again then visit this office. The staff for immediate customer interaction is neither work friendly nor customer friendly. They are the reason why MTNL and BSNL are facing challenges.

Very average MTNL telephone services. They are not professional, never upgrade technologies, very poor customer services. It is an example how a productive unit convert into dust due to poor supervision.
