Terrible experience! We placed a dinner order from the Navroz menu. We ordered for prawn cutlets, patrani machi, chicken berry pulao & Salli Boti. The dinner order was delivered to us at 4pm cold and in a terrible condition. The prawn cutlets were undercooked and smelly, the fish was very small in size and the chicken berry pulao was lumpy with undercooked chicken pieces. My husband suffered severe food poisoning the next day. Customer service too was unsatisfactory. Poor value for the price charged. My experience was in line with most reviews posted on zomato. Wish I would have read the reviews there before placing the order.
