I visited Aura spa chembur branch I do not recommend this spa to anyone. It was the worst experience. Very poor hospitality ambiance. There is no privacy for girls there's no door in the rooms there is normal curtains. The spa therapist wear not professionally trained. I went for 60 mins msg they did only 40 mins and not at all relaxing. Worst staff from managers to staff. They take money at first and not give proper service to their customers.. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. It's waste of time and money.
