The employee there is a fraud who deliberately doesn't fill up the warranty card for products that you buy and when you go to claim any warranty he would deny by saying that the purchase isn't made from here. The most unprofessional and fraudulent outlet of bafna surgicals.

Rakesh at bafna made me wait for 2 weeks but did NOT arrange stockings to control leg swellings. After that he used BAD language with me over the phone. SHAME on him for his BAD BEHAVIOUR. Cannot arrange then at least be polite. I managed the stockings from other place just few days before lock down. My leg swellings would have increased badly because of his IRRESPONSIBILITY

Pathetic service. They will tell you there is no stock and they will promise to call back but nobody will call back and they will forget to order your product. This has happened multiple times with me. Even after complaining to their manager staff is still showing this behaviour , they do not care about the customer. I will take my business to another shop. Avoid if possible.

Please do not visit the bafna surgical there are lot many supplier who are providing the same quality product at much cheaper rates, just search in Google and find it near ur areas you will get the better supplier.
