Staff is not trained properly . Also if you are seeking help for right suggestions for foundation n concealer shades then you will be totally disappointed. Thanks for quick response.i faced this issue at Maybelline counter. Also at cash counter they forgot to put complementary products in bag.

The staff is very rude and doesn't know how to provide proper service to the customers. Edited - I appreciate the quick response. The staff at the Lakme Counter on the ground floor forgot to add our product to the final order and was very arrogant regarding the same when corrected. After being spoken to so rudely we canceled that product from our order. We have been a regular customer and this kind of service is disappointing. The staff needs to be put through compulsory training to ensure better customer service. Thank you.
