Not at all good at punctuality...bus comes one hour late than mentioned time....if u ask them they will revert u back saying they r not sure of timing....waiting fr the bus from more than one hour.. if u really value your tym u shud prefer other travels instead of citizen....

One of the most unhygienic dirty and uncomfortable bus service ever in my life. The sleeper bus is full of cockroaches, couldn’t sleep for a minute as the cockroaches are all over you. The reading light doesn’t work, windows are extremely dirty the pillow n blanket stink, unbelievable n horrible experience.

This was my boarding point on my way to Goa. I found the bus to be clean and charging port were working. They didn't have luggage tag but I got my luggage without any mishap. Conductor said there's 200 fine if you made a mess so bus was clean and not smelly for the entire journey. Compared to Neeta Volvo this was much better experience.
