This is now renowned place under new owner. The new owner is very gentleman. He suggests different things under same criteria for your pet. Unlike previous setup, you can search and have a very good discount on products. If the size is not right, you can change it afterwards.

Do not ever buy anything from this shop. Especially never ever call and order anything because they will misguide you and send you wrong product which is of no use. The shop guys duped me for a pet cage of Rs2500 which was not even worth it. Didn't even return the money nor let me buy pet food of that money. The owner is very rude and arrogant. Prices of products are way too much instead you will get the same products at different store or online in much cheaper price.. the shop owners scam customers. The product was not used at all and had called you and informed that I m not going to use it.. do not try to make alterations in what had happened that day.. your products r not being sold and just to remove your dead stock you did this . Anyways most f your reviews r bad and i did not read the reviews before buying ..

It's a decent shop and can address most of your pet needs (dogs and cats especially) such as food, treats, grooming itmes, accessories, clothes, collars. Could be better in pricing
